General Description

In this system that appeals to the white goods sector;

In order for the refrigerant gas used for cooling the refrigerator freezer to circulate actively around the body, an aluminum pipe is wrapped around the body.

This evap wrapping process is carried out with the help of an industrial robot using aluminum tape in a faster and more effective way.

With the applied production method and offline programming capability, the system is unique in its field in Turkey and abroad.

Working principle of the system:

The aluminium pipe is fed from the coil and loaded to the system by the feeder unit.
Robot rotates the plastic part while pipe and tape are fed.Thanks to this movement, the aluminum pipe is taped to the outer surface of the plastic with aluminum tape.
The seventh axis which drives the feeding system works synchronized with robot movements.

Robot gives signal for automatic cutting off pipe and tape.
The system automatically countersinks to head and end of the pipe.
After the winding process is finished, the robot drops the freezer plastic to the unloading conveyor, then picks the new one to start a new cycle.
